West of Wallonia

West of Wallonia was a grisette-style beer (low-alcohol wheat beer brewed with saison yeast) inspired by the excellent beers at Oxbow Brewing. It was split after brewing into two batches: the baseline, and a version aged on fresh pluots until it turned pink.
